I’m originally from Australia and I have been in customer service roles for many years and worked with a variety of clientele. I believe in going beyond merely communicating to ‘connecting’ with people. My passion for technology drew me to Smart Dolphins IT Solutions and I plan to use the skills and experience I learn to elevate Smart Dolphins’ customer experience. I currently work on the IT helpdesk.
