LiveVHD
In September of 2010, Smart Dolphins established a new IT partnership with LiveVHD.
In short, LiveVHD (VHD = Virtual Help Desk) provides the first level of computer support for all reactive type IT service required by our clients. Our primary technical support phone number (250-721-2581), our primary support email address (support@smartdolphins.com) and the service orders that our clients create through our Customer Portal all go directly to our dedicated team at LiveVHD. Historically, they have been able to resolve over 90% of the service orders that are given to them.
By focusing on only this type of service, LiveVHD has been engineered to provide EXCEPTIONAL service in this area, which has freed the rest of our team to focus solely on the more in-depth, difficult Reactive Support, Proactive Support and Project services.
These arrangements are virtually seamless to our clients. We have continued to bill our clients directly for all services and continue to take full ownership for the overall success of our clients’ relationships with us.
